BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Angie Cebulski
She has supported Our Lady of Fatima Rehab Center in Liberia for more than 30 years. She was the Stateside representative for the Rehab and headed up fundraising and oversaw the shipping of supplies via sea containers several times a year. She has been an active supporter of the Rockdale, GA 4-H. She received an honorary Master’s degree from University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Cooperative Extension (Georgia 4-H).



 Joann Cebulski
Possesses BSHE in Fashion Merchandising with concentrations in Business and Italian from University of Georgia; She has extensive background in International Business and Trade with International Pharmacy Management and Triodent Corporation as well as running her own import business as “By Josephine". In addition to background in customer sales, client services and product procurement, Ms. Cebulski has been a volunteer with several organizations both domestic and international. She has completed the Terry College of Business Non-Profit Board Certification and served as the President and Vice-President of the Monroe Art Guild for a period of 4 years. She has travelled to Liberia and has worked with the handicapped there on numerous occasions.



Rosie Morris
Rosie is currently employed by the U.S. Postal Service. She has served as Vice-President of the Local Postal Union; Vice-President and President of the South West Area Conference; Secretary and Treasurer for the local union for five years; Board Member for S.W.A.K. for four years. She has been supporting the Africa Missions for years and has visited Liberia several times.



Eileen Rockensies, R.N., M.S.N.
Possesses a Masters degree in Nursing from Russell Sage College in New York and has taught for many years in St. Clare’s Hospital School of Nursing, Russell Sage College and the City University of New York. Since her retirement, she has kept busy volunteering with community projects for the homeless, the aged and those unable to help themselves. For the last 25 years, she has closely worked with Sister Sponsa Beltran and the disabled children of Our Lady of Fatima Rehabilitation Center in Liberia.



Teresa Shudak-Goble, R.N.
Teresa currently lives in Johnstown, PA, but grew up in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She teaches nursing at Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, PA, and also cares for her son James Goble. Sister Sponsa was one of Teresa's grandmother’s cousins. She grew up visiting with Sister Sponsa when she came to Pennsylvania, and hearing of all the wonderful things she did in Liberia. Sister Sponsa has always been so important to everyone in my family.



Timothy Sullivan, P.A.
M.S. & B.S. Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College Of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, Boston, MA; Certificate Degree: Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic from Northeastern University, Boston, MA; B.S. Physical Education from Canisius College - Buffalo, New York; Currently employed as a Physician Assistant - Norwood Urgent Care, Norwood , MA
