Dolley
Gurley
Dolley is the leader of JCADF’s Liberia-based team. She, along with John Lackay
and Victoria Harmon, is responsible for the daily on-site
operations of the Disabled Program as well as the administrative duties associated with the program. In 2009, Dolley earned an A.A.
degree in Social Work from West African Gospel Mission College in Monrovia, Liberia. She also has several years of experience at a mission in
Lower Careysburg, Liberia where she worked on a daily basis with the children living there as part of the support staff as well serving as a dietician.
John Lackay
John works with Dolley
and Victoria in conducting the daily on-site operations of the
Disabled Program. In addition, he also is the main
contact for the Model Agricultural Village program located at Jehovah Outreach Village near the Liberian community of Kpanjah (/Pan-yah/) Town. In 2009,
John earned an A.A. degree in Social Work from West African Gospel Mission College in Monrovia, Liberia. He also has several years experience working in
the Liberian orphanage system.
Victoria
Harmon
Victoria works with Dolley and John in conducting the
daily on-site operations of the Disabled Program. She was
one of the original disabled children brought to Sister
Sponsa in Cape Palmas, Liberia in 1988. A paraplegic
due to the effects of Polio, she was taught to walk using
crutches and braces by Sister and has been part of the Our Lady of
Fatima Rehab family throughout its relocations to Ivory
Coast and Monrovia. In August 2013, Victoria received
an A.A. degree in Business Management from Stella Maris
Polytechnic University in Monrovia, Liberia. Today,
she provides much inspiration to the disabled individuals in
JCADF's care and their families.
